This cleaning station consists of two hoods made of stainless steel. 

The upper cleaning cover has built-in anti-static bars and rotary nozzles for blowing off the parts to be cleaned. The cleaning hood is hinged for cleaning and maintenance purposes.

The lower cleaning hood also has rotating nozzles. The inline ionizing nozzles are driven via a traverse unit (cylinder) to provide a point make precise cleaning.

The compressed air connection for the nozzle is mounted on the side. The socket for connecting the suction is also on the hood A mounting plate for installation ins available.
