IONClean Cleaning-Tunnel

  • General

Before the shampoo bottles are labelled, filled and placed on drugstore shelves, they have to go through a long process.

Prior to labeling, the production process creates tiny plastic residual particles that adhere electrostatically to the surface of the bottles. Blowing off alone is not sufficient due to the electrostatic attraction. Therefore the particles are blown off in an IONClean cleaning tunnel with ionized air and then sucked off to guarantee complete cleanliness of the bottle surface before labeling.

Of course, the same principle can also be applied to any other bottle or container. For more detailed information, please contact us directly.

You can see exactly how this works and how the inner workings of such a cleaning tunnel look like in the video.
