This system is designed as a fully automatic cleaning station.

The components to be cleaned are inserted and the mounting slide lifts them from bottom to top. The carriage then moves to the left by the cleaning station. In the cleaning station, the components are blown off ionizing nozzles with rotating nozzles and made to vibrate. The released dirt particles are removed by suction and fed into a filter unit. The components are driven from the top to the bottom and placed on the removal position.
